Website Privacy Notice

This notice explains how AZA Capital Management collects and uses information through this website, including our online tools. If you are a client, our privacy notice for clients (linked above) also describes how we protect your information.

What we collect. When you use one of our online tools, your answers are used to show your results on screen. We don't keep them, and we don't know who you are, unless you ask us to email your report. We count how many people complete each step of a tool, without recording anyone's answers or identity. We also use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages, tools and links are used. It doesn't use cookies or collect information that identifies you. If you request a report, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your answers and results, your consent, and how you found us (for example, the ad or page you came from). If you send us a message, we collect your name, contact details, the topic you choose, and your message.

How we use it. We use the information you provide to prepare and email your report, to contact you if you've agreed to that, to schedule a conversation if you ask, and to keep the records that SEC rules require of investment advisers. If you request a report or send us a message, we may also email you our monthly newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: our customer relationship management system (Salesforce), our website host, and our email delivery services. They may use it only to provide services to us. If you schedule a conversation, you book through Calendly, and the information you enter there is also subject to Calendly's privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or regulation.

Cookies. This site uses cookies needed for it to work, such as keeping your place in a tool and protecting forms from misuse. On most pages, we also use advertising cookies and similar tags from Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. These tags don't load on our tools' question or results screens, and they never receive your answers, results, or contact details. You can turn them off using "Privacy Choices" at the bottom of any page, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser. When you open our scheduling calendar, Calendly may also set its own cookies, as described in Calendly's privacy policy.

How we protect it. We encrypt the information you submit, limit access to the people who need it, and do not include your financial details in internal email alerts.

How long we keep it. We keep report requests, the information submitted with them, and the reports we send for five full calendar years after the year they were created, and then delete them.

Your choices. You can opt out of emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you gave us. We'll honor deletion requests except where we're required to keep records.

Children. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We may update this notice. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
